If you did not purchase the game from the App Store or our website, please contact the Support or Help group at the website from which you downloaded and/or purchased the game.

If you purchased the game from the App Store and are experiencing technical issues, please fill out our Contact Us form.

When you describe the problem, be sure to mention your device, iOS version, and app build such as:

  • 12.9" iPad Pro (3rd generation)
  • iOS version 12.1
  • Picket Fences build 2.0

You can find the iOS version by launching your iPad's "Settings" app, then tap "About". "Version" is roughly halfway down the list.

The app build is found on the Picket Fences title screen; look for "Build:" in the lower right corner.
